All About The Competitions

I can't believe it's finally here! The end of August has arrived and the competitions are live! Ever thought to yourself, when buying a ticket for a competition on another site, something might not be right? Do you feel wary, dare I use the word scammed? This gamer has been there, so I am here to do this in the most transparent way possible. Let's jump into this month's update:

We have been running free giveaways for a long time (over 2 years at this point), but this is our first venture into Competition territory. Each Competiton also gives a runner-up a £10 Store Credit.

Now let's talk about the ethical side. What makes us different you may ask? I am pledging right here and now, that we will donate 10% of any monthly profit to a charity. We will maintain full transparency in doing so with the amount donated kept up to date on our charity Page. Right now we are raising funds for the awesome cause of Cancer Research UK. Our Charity will change every Quarter so right now, Cancer Research UK will get all eligible donations right up to Christmas.

What's to Come

It's well known by now that this is a One-man-show around here. As such, it has been a great achievement to revamp our homepage, get the mechanics sorted for the competitions and implement them onto their page. We all need goals though right? So here's what to expect by the end of September:

1. The user dashboard will get a makeover! Right now it's just rocking a plain template. Let's turn that into a cool, easy-to-use place to find all the relevant information you need.

2. We will launch our Sponsorship program.

3. Other Website page's to be completed are Game Giveaways, About Us and Charity Info. The Prize History page will also be made ready for our first round of Winners!

Stream Details

I'm officially coming back to streaming on September 2nd! We'll start off gently with a few test streams although I will for sure be streaming the Last of Us Part 1. Here's to hoping the money spent on Starlink Internet was well spent. I'm also a little disappointed that Hogwarts Legacy won't make its initial holiday 2022 due date, but I can 100% agree that good things take time.
